Digital printing on an industrial level
High productivity combined with perfect quality is the unique selling point of the Gallus Labelfire. In order to meet the constantly changing customer demands, Gallus is launching the “Diamond Core Series”. From now on, four models of the Gallus Labelfire are available, manageable and clearly defined and tailored to the different market requirements. All models are optionally available with highly opaque digital white.
The Diamond Core, the heart of every Labelfire
The heart of every Gallus Labelfire is the digital printing unit, the so-called “Diamond Core”. This Digital Print Unit (DPU) enables high-quality 1200 x 1200 dpi UV inkjet printing with the well-proven Samba print heads from Fujifilm. Perfect print results thanks to the pinning module perfectly matched to the inks and print heads and the excellent simulation of the Pantone Plus color scale enable a print quality that does not have to fear a comparison with other providers at this level. In addition, all models of the Labelfire Diamond Core series impress with their high production speed of up to 70 m / min and the ability to print on a large number of substrates. This makes these machines ideal for a wide variety of applications.
The Labelfire Diamond Core models are now divided into four machine configurations from D1 to D4 in order to meet market requirements.
Gallus Labelfire D1 / D2: Digital industrial production
The models D1 and D2 are the «workhorses» of this series. You print on an industrial basis, stable, reliable and fast, directly from roll to roll. Clearly and clearly defined, with or without digital white, they are suitable for all print shops that can do well without inline finishing.
The Labelfire D1 is the 4-color entry-level model in 1200 dpi digital printing and is ideally suited for commodity labels with small to medium print runs.
The Labelfire D2 is the alternative with 7 colors – CMYK plus green, orange and violet (GOV) – for high-quality subjects such as cosmetics and body care products or wherever perfect color matching is important, and covers up to 94 % of the simulated PANTONE PLUS color scale.
Hybrid Gallus Labelfire D3 / D4: unbeatable in this future-oriented segment
Whether 4-color or 7-color, with or without digital white: The hybrid technology offers extended flexibility through integrated inline finishing and embellishment modules. The Labelfire D3 is the 4-color UV inkjet printing machine (CMYK) and the Labelfire D4 is equipped with 7 colors (CMYK GOV). The D3 and D4 models are always equipped with a flexo and a punching unit for practice-oriented single-pass printing – from the file to the fully punched label in just one printing pass. Supplemented with either a laminating / painting module or a cold foil unit, depending on requirements, the cost-effective production of finished labels is guaranteed even with very small print runs.
